The Book Fair was a great success! Students came to visit the fair with their ELA classes with 6th graders all coming on Monday, 7th graders on Tuesday, and 8th graders on Thursday. Students enjoyed browsing the books and other book related items for sale. Students were able to participate in some games and a selfie station. Many also entered into a raffle after they attended their student led conference for a chance to win one of 27 posters that were given away to students. (See below pictures of our other lucky game winners.) With the funds raised, we will be able to buy many more books for our library. Thank you Smitha students, families, faculty, and staff for supporting our Book Fair!
Our Wild West Book Fair will be delivered this week. Friday will be a browsing day for all teachers, staff, and parent volunteers. Next week we will be open to all students and their families. Come on our to browse the wide selection of books and to play one of our games.
